DAVE CADWELL
(April 15, 1970 - January 13, 2007)

Dave rocked my world, as he did for all who were close to him. He was my best friend, advisor, and love. I miss him so much. I miss watching him scream at the tele, as much as I miss him raving about his kids, Liverpool, the Yankees, Dublin, his friends, and anything that was on his mind. I cannot believe we are saying goodbye to him. But he wouldn't want that from any of us. Dave was a really happy man. He loved life, and that was because of everyone he met along the way. He loved everyone he met. He was a man's man, with a heart of gold. He was the most thoughtful man I have ever met. I just feel bad for the rest of the world, who were not fortuneate enough to meet this amazing man.

We are all so blessed for being graced by his presence. I'm sure you can all recall  several times when his vibrance lifted your spirits. I am really sad not to have him here with us, but we need to learn from him. He has taught me so much, and I'm not talking about baseball trivia either. He taught me what true happiness and what true love is. He taught me about understanding, and about how lucky I was. I was so fortuneate to have him in my life; he was the most beautiful man I have ever met. I will cherish Dave and our time together forever. While it is going to be difficult, we need to remember that Dave is still with us all, as long as we celebrate life to its fullest.

MAY THE YANKEES WIN THE WORLD SERIES FOR DAVE THIS YEAR!!!!!
